BOOKINGS
We are a text/email only salon. If you are an existing client, please book your appointment online with your selected independent stylist.
New clients searching for a stylist, please text/email your selected stylist:
Service Requesting
Recent hair pictures (front, back in natural lighting)
Hair goals/inspiration pictures (desired look)
Hair history 2-3 year (perm, box dye, henna etc..)
Weekly Availabilities/Times
CONFIRMATION CALLS/EMAILS
We will text/email and confirm your service appointment 2-3 business days prior to your appointment date. Please make sure your contact information is correct and current. If we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION
Some independent stylist will require a credit card in order to reserve your appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a 48 hours notice. If a 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved card will be charged 50% for each scheduled service. NO SHOWS are included in this policy and will not be able to book future services without the approval of independent stylist.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting your independent stylist, your appointment could be cancelled and must be rescheduled. If we are able to take you we will try our best to provide the service requested with the amount of time that is allowed. We value your time and ask for you to please be aware of the start and finished time that is reserved for you, especially if you have a time restraint on that day.
CHILDREN POLICY
We love children, but as a courtesy to other salon guest, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmophere we ask that no children are allowed unless receiving a service. Our space is very limited, and with chemicals and hot tools that is not safe for unattended children. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety and risk are involved.
NON REFUNDABLE RETAINING FEE
Some independent stylist requires a non refundable retaining fee to reserve an appointment. You are allowed to have one reschedule if done prior to 48 hours cancellation policy, otherwise if not done prior to 48 hours your retaining fee will be forfeit and you are required to submit another non refundable retaining fee to reserve for a new date and time.
REDO/ADJUSTMENTS
If you are not happy with your results, please contact your independent stylist directly. You will have 3 days from the date of your service to reach out to your independent stylist to help you with your concerns.
REFUNDS/PURCHASES
We do not offer refunds of any kind for hair services. All retail sales are final for hair products.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The safety of our staff and clients is our top priority, as such, we reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk.
